Bret Kugelmass of Last Energy aims to build his first ten inexpensive, off-the-shelf fission reactors in eastern Europe. We’re talking old-fashioned fission technology here—the kind that for decades has been used to generate energy by splitting uranium atoms apart. It’s the opposite of nuclear fusion, which is how the sun generates energy: by fusing hydrogen atoms. For decades fusion research has stalled because scientists could not coax more energy out of fusion reactions than it took to trigger them. Recent breakthroughs show promise, but even in the most optimistic scenarios commercial fusion is many years away.
Leaning into science is one way to make things easier; picking his regulatory shots is another. Although Kugelmass is working with federal agencies to get export permissions for Last’s nuclear technology, he isn’t yet asking for approval to build his plants in the U.S. Instead, he hopes to have his first 20-megawatt reactor (enough to power 20,000 homes) up and running by 2025 in Poland, which has been getting 70% of its power from burning coal since Russian natural gas supplies were cut off. Poland has agreed to buy the electricity from 10 of the units, which Kugelmass hopes to make for $100 million each, under a long-term contract that requires Last Energy to operate the reactors and take on the risk of cost overruns.

Article Marketing Today. The Best Tips Available
An article to some, may only seem like a set of words and paragraphs that discuss a little topic and provide some information. To a business owner, an article is a way to drive in traffic, gain publicity, and increase your profits. There are a few good ways to build a bridge between the two perceptions and reach your goal.
Always remember the audience and create content that relates to them. Entice readers to the site by providing relevant articles. Try to understand what types of readers visit the websites and give them the information that is important to them. Design inviting content that is tailored to individual readers. If the content peaks their interests, then they are more likely to continue exploring the site.
Select a category that will be profitable, but make sure you know something about the area. It may be that book reviews make more money than any other site, but if you never read, then it’s not the area for you. Choose topics that are both money makers and fit with your strengths.
Try your hand at article marketing as part of your online marketing technique. Article marketing basically entails advertising through using articles on your site. These articles, if well-written, can get you much needed traffic to your website. They are published in article directories and many include a box that allows you to post information about you and your site as a sort of promotion.
Keep your copy simple and short. Don’t forget, writing for the internet is different than writing for other mediums. Don’t skimp on information, but if you keep your article concise and under 2,000 words, you will be able to make the reading experience more enjoyable for your readers.
When writing to get traffic, do not worry about the length of your content or the exact topic it covers. You need to target a few keywords that people would use if they were interested in reading something similar to your content. Your content needs to refer constantly to these keywords.
When you are writing the articles themselves you must forget about your article marketing strategy. Forget where the article will be submitted. Forget about the new readers you are hoping to attract. Forget about keywords. When you are writing, do nothing but write. You will have plenty of time after the article is done to tweak it and strategize. While you are writing focus on nothing but your new content.
Subscribe to your competitors’ RSS feeds to keep tabs on the article marketing competition. The same features article writers use to make getting their information out to the readers, also makes research on them a breeze. A quick survey of each new article published by a competitor, keeps a writer up-to-date on the trending topics and the latest strategies.
A great tip to use if you’re writing a lot of content is to write it all first and walk away, instead of writing and editing as you go along. Write your content, let it hang around for a day or two without viewing it, and then go back with fresh eyes to carefully edit it. This way, you’re not likely to miss the obvious mistakes.
Use numbers and/or bullets in your article. This will make the main points easier for your audience to read and digest. It will also help to make your article visually interesting. Readers are more likely to pay close attention and stay with your article until the end.
Expand your success with your article by posting it on social media sites. Social media can be a successful tool with article marketing, just as long as you do not over post your article. Social media is very convenient if you already use it as a part of your every day life, You do not need to spend additional time and energy because you are already visiting the sites for personal use!
Always set your sights high. If your competition is cranking out great articles, make yours better. You should always aim to be the best at what you do, and this includes marketing great articles. When you put the extra effort in, the quality of your articles will benefit. Likewise, the quality and value of your articles will stand out to readers.
When you write articles for your website to market your product write in first person. Referring to yourself in third person is strange and inappropriate unless you are royalty. Speak directly to your readers as if you were having a conversation with them. This will make you seem as if you are a real person with whom they can have a relationship and do business.
When you write articles for article marketing, don’t ramble on and on. People who are looking for a product or service online don’t want to spend a lot of time trying to figure out what they are looking at. A good marketing article to sell a product or service should be 150 – 500 words. It should get to the point and convey a clear message.
If your writing skills are poor, hire someone to write articles for you. There are plenty of freelance writers that are willing to write articles for a reasonable price. Many freelancers make a full time living off writing articles that will be used for marketing purposes. Their skills can be used to pave the way for your profits.
Avoid plagiarism at all costs. Though the internet is vast, this does not make it alright to steal content that is written by others. Real penalties do exist for those that chose to copy the content of others. Though you may not be caught, search engines will not index duplicate content, rendering what you submit useless anyway. It simply it not work the risk.
This is a recipe for building and promoting great articles, which are the driving force of a successful SEO enterprise. Without high-quality work to pull in the traffic, your site will have a hard time growing and your margin of profits will rise very slowly, compared to the money that you could be making, instead.
